A Roshan Sumudu Saman, who has over 08 years of experience in managing residential and commercial civil construction projects. The company provides a wide range of services including structural engineering, services design, exterior and interior design services through its subsidiary Monarchi Design Studio, and subcontracting services for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing needs.

Design Stage

Create custom designs, review with client, and provide council drawings. Optional 3D designs available.

Agreement Stage

Prepare engineering plans, accurate BOQ, and finalize the construction contract with a work schedule.

Construction Stage

Execute the build in four phases, with progress reports and flexible design adjustments.

Handing Over

Final walkthrough with a 6-month defect liability period to address any issues.
